Refunds

We offer every customer a full refund on their first order of up to 1 unit of unsealed Revit bottle and 10 units of sealed bottles, within 21 days of purchase. Refunds will not be given to repeat or recurring customers.

To be eligible for a refund of up to 10 units for sealed bottles, the bottles must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The bottles must also only be bought through this website.

To request a refund, simply email support@revit.com.sg and tell us about your experience. We’ll be more than happy to assist you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@revit.com.sg.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assist you as soon as possible.
